Keating Building Corporation was selected to provide construction management services for the 1,857,444 sq ft expansion of the Tropicana hotel and resort complex in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The expansion includes a new hotel, retail complex, convention facility and parking garage.
The centerpiece of the hotel—The Quarter—is a dining, entertainment, and retail center, which brings to life the streets of Old Havana through a sprawling three-story streetscape, offering guests unique dining, shopping, entertainment, and spa experiences. The Quarter includes 16 world-class restaurants, 14 non-stop entertainment venues, and a dazzling array of shops. It also includes a 35,000 sq ft retail complex to house an IMAX Theater, Philly Sound Night Club, Tropicana’s Casino Lounge, Red Square Restaurant and six other smaller retail spaces.
