This 173,000 sq.ft. office and retail center borders the University’s urban campus. The building acts as a gateway to the campus from the surrounding residential neighborhood and rises four stories on 34th Street and five stories on Walnut Street. The facility was designed to minimize its impact on the backyard neighbors, while maximizing its presence on Walnut Street.
The building structure is reinforced concrete with an exterior wall treatment consisting of a base of granite with brick panels banded in limestone. The street level offers retail shops, restaurants and a food court with an outside dining terrace. Upper office floors are occupied by the University.
