Keating redeveloped this historically registered landmark building in Center City Philadelphia into 268 luxury apartment homes, 60,000 sq. ft. of retail/office space and an extensive parking and residential amenities package. Because of the historic nature of the site, Keating worked closely with the Pennsylvania Historic Commission to preserve and restore much of the original architectural detail.
Residential luxury apartments range in size from approximately 700 to 3,500 sq. ft. Among the amenities are a business center and a large health club/training facility. The commercial component is structured around a grand two-story atrium on the lobby floor. An underground valet- parking garage provides parking for residential units.
