Keating was selected by The May Department Stores Company to complete a 15,000 sq. ft. addition and renovation to their Westfield, New Jersey Lord & Taylor store.
Renovations included the construction of a 15,000 sq. ft. vertical expansion over the existing store, including removing the existing roof and cutting and reframing new openings while the store remained in operation.
