Keating Building Corporation was the Construction Manager for this 3-story, 225,000 sq. ft. retail store. Its completion marked the final stage of the Willow Grove Mall's expansion, making it one of the major regional malls in the state.
With a dedicated field staff and subcontractor base we were able to complete the project on time and within budget. Keeping in mind that in retail, schedule is everything. Federated Department Stores commended Keating by saying that Keating went above and beyond their expectations in quality workmanship and outstanding coordination.
