Keating was awarded the construction of multiple projects, on a competitive basis, as part of the Philadelphia Housing Authority’s ongoing revitalization of their properties. The objective of the projects is to provide housing to public assistance recipients through PHA’s program of developing, leasing and operating low rent housing programs. These projects are valued at more than $250 million, which includes new construction, modernization and rehabilitation of PHA properties.

Greater Grays Ferry Estates Phase I - 72 unit senior care housing building with activities center, laundry facilities and other related amenities; 173 twin and row homes, a maintenance and training facility, and PHA management offices.
Greater Grays Ferry Estates Phases II & III - 125 homeownership units and 184 rental units
Lucien E. Blackwell Homes Phase I - Design /Build of 80 rental units and 40 homeownership units; demolition and asbestos abatement.
Wilson Park Apartments Phase III - Reconstruction of 153 residential units covering several city blocks.
Suffolk Manor Rehabilitation - Renovation of 137 residential units and reconstruction of adjacent streets and alleys, as well as associated utilities.
Hill Creek & Whitehall Apts. Phase III - Reconstruction of 66 apartment units in multiple buildings.
Whitehall Apartments Phase IV - Reconstruction of 65 apartment units in multiple buildings.
Whitehall Apartments Phase V - Comprehensive modernization of 62 rental housing units.
Germantown House Renovations - Renovation of an 8-Story, 219-Unit Apartment Building into 133-Units.
Wilson Park Community Center / Senior Towers - HVAC Modifications to Four Towers; Playground/Street Lighting; Addition to Towers; Community Center Addition/Renovations
