Keating Environmental has a long history of performing site assessment
services associated with regulatory compliance evaluations, due-diligence
performed as part of property transactions and as required by regulatory
agencies. Our site assessments typically begin as a Phase I Environmental
Site Assessment. Based upon the results of this initial evaluation, a
more detailed Phase II Site investigation may be warranted. These more
detailed investigations typically incorporate sampling and analyses associated
with underground storage tanks, electrical devices which contain PCB dielectric
fluids, asbestos containing building materials, walls and windows which
have been painted with lead-based paints, subsurface areas of concern
and related items.
We have provided site assessments for a wide variety of clients, including
financial institutions, real estate investors and developers, law firms,
school districts, municipalities, and the industrial, healthcare and hospitality
industries. Keating Environmental is an “approved” and “preferred”
consulting firm for many institutions. As an example of the confidence
placed in us by the banking industry, we not only serve their clients
but have assisted large national banks with environmental services associated
with bulk sales of their owned real estate portfolios, as well as the
environmental services associated with the acquisition of other banks.
