Building Condition Survey and Assessments

As part of Keating Environmental’s support of real estate transactions, our personnel integrate environmental assessments with surveys to assess and document the physical condition of buildings and their grounds. During these assessments emphasis is given to site conditions, building construction and its condition, as well as structural, mechanical and electrical systems.

These surveys have provided buyers with crucial technical information that may be used to develop pricing, maintenance and operating budgets for a property. In addition, they provide property owners with an unbiased evaluation of their holdings.
