Keating led the pack to establish a new record for fast-track casino construction with The Wild Wild West Casino at Bally’s Park Place. A $110 million project, Keating embraced the challenge of constructing a new casino within a ten month schedule. This was the first intricately themed casino in Atlantic City, complete with animatronics, rock and waterscapes, and other unique components.
To maintain the project’s momentum, Keating in joint venture with Massett Building Company, implemented an aggressive and strategic construction program designed to achieve Bally’s objectives for quality, time and budget. Keating’s Wild Wild West team mobilized directly onto the project site and hit the ground running, a mainstay in all Keating projects.
