Keating provided General Contractor services for the new construction of a 10-story hotel and renovations to 120,000 sq. ft. of meeting-exhibit and conference space in the Dover Downs Complex. The Four-Star Hotel features 240 guest rooms and suites, many of which overlook the Dover Downs Harness Racing and NASCAR Racetrack.
The hotel includes the Rollins Center, an 18,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility featuring a 1,700 sq. ft. state-of-the-art stage and audio-visual equipment to accommodate the most demanding live performances and social and promotional events. Special features include 550 retractable armchair arena seats.
A spacious marble floored Main-Lobby leads guests to corporate meeting rooms and elegant dining. The hotel also includes exercise facilities, sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming pool and 120-seat restaurant.
