Keating Building Corporation provided General Contracting services to Jeanes Hospital for multiple renovation projects that included:
Renovations to the Pre-Administration Testing area; fast-track renovations to the Emergency Department that included three new examination rooms, triage and registration areas; 1,300 sq ft renovations to 2nd floor for new administrative offices for Directors; a new Magnetic Imaging Facility; and 7,600 sq ft of multi-phased renovations to the 2nd floor surgical/rehabilitation building including:
- Conversion of existing examination/small procedure room into new Cardiac Catheterization Lab Suite, that includes a 660 sq ft Cardiac Cath. Lab, Cath. Lab
- Holding and Recovery Rooms, as well a new OR Central Scheduling Room.
- Construction of new Orthopedic Operating Room and support spaces.
- Renovation of existing PACU and SDS Recovery Rooms including the addition of four new patient bays and complete replacement of nurses station casework.
