Keating Building Corporation provided Construction Management/Contractor Services for the new 582,000 sq.ft. Justice Center in downtown Philadelphia — headquarters to Philadelphia’s court system. The project was designed to accommodate judicial and administrative offices, court rooms, support space, central holding, judges' chambers and public space.
The Philadelphia Criminal Justice Center contains a number of outstanding features and innovations including “smart building” technology and one of the largest central cooling plants on the east coast (over 5,000 tons). This was a major public project—completed on time and below budget.
