Keating redeveloped and revived this National Historic Landmark building in Center City Philadelphia into 268 luxury apartment homes and 60,000 sq ft of office/retail space. Renovations to the 20-story, 560,000 sq ft building included 37,000 sq ft of high-end office space for Keating’s new corporate headquarters.
Interior renovations included all new building systems, fully sprinklered floors, new air conditioning and heating systems, state-of-the-art building security, and upscale interior finishes.
