Keating Building Corporation worked with CORA Services, Inc. to provide Construction Management services on their new 44,285 sq ft headquarters facility. This state-of-the-art service center replaces an old, outdated service building. The new headquarters is being used for educational and early years programs, counseling, training, and is architecturally designed to be “user friendly” for the benefit of young people seeking help in crisis or educational matters in a non-threatening environment.
CORA is a private, community based, nonprofit, agency established in 1971. They offer professional human services to children, youth, and their families in the Greater Philadelphia area.
During Phase 1 of this project Keating completed extensive site and utility work including a new service road with underground storm drainage, and sanitary communication ducts. The scope also included underground utility infrastructure work for electrical, water and sewer service, and fire service piping to accommodate the new corporate headquarters facility.
