Keating constructed 1,176,000 sq. ft. of office and distribution warehouse space on an 80-acre parcel of land situated within Forest Park Corporate Center. The project encompassed the simultaneous construction of four structures and two new additions completed within a 14-month schedule - averaging $1.4 million per week of in-place construction. New construction and additions totaled over 1,176,000 sq. ft. of office/warehouse space.
Construction was approached on a fast track basis and included extensive sitework, landscaping, irrigation, wetland delineation, and expansion of the existing detention basin.
