In this multi-phased project, Keating developed and constructed two office buildings at 105,000 sq. ft. and 200,000 sq. ft. respectively, a 925-car shared parking structure and two smaller buildings at 40,000 sq. ft. each. Planning for the remaining 10 acres of the development is in progress.

As property manager, Keating was involved throughout the design and construction to address particular needs of the space which include access, signage and security.
