Keating Building Corporation was contracted by Keystone Mercy Health to provide Construction Management services for their airport business center office complex. The scope of work included the demolition and renovation of approximately 264,000 sq. ft. of floor space. This work took place throughout seven floors and two separate buildings. The renovations commenced in April, 2000 and were phased to allow for simultaneous occupancy of the buildings at all times. In addition to tenant office space Keating completed a 10,000 sq. ft. cafeteria addition in January, 2002.
