Through a unique partnership with Keating Development Company and DEVCO, Rutgers continues to expand its presence in downtown New Brunswick. This project houses the University’s extensive Public Safety operations including Rutgers University Police Department, the Department of Emergency Services, and Parking and Transportation Services. In addition to substantial office space programmed for future and current use, the project includes retail space and an adjacent secured parking garage for public safety vehicles, as well as structures parking for various university users, including staff, faculty, students, and visitors. The design of the 75,000 sq ft facility also compliments the scale and architecture of the surrounding neighborhood.
