Keating Building Corporation provided Construction Management Services for Rutgers University’s new academic and cultural center. Located in downtown New Brunswick, the Center for Arts and Planning is an important gateway to the city’s center. With 160,000 sq. ft. of space designated for academic purposes, the teaching facility center houses the Mason Gross School of the Arts, the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and the Center for Urban Policy Research. Underground parking for 200 cars is provided.
